Summary:The maintenance cost of the LKJ train operation control system is high and the spair part supply is difficult to manage. This paper introduces PHM technology to railway train operation control system. According to the LKJ-15C train operation control system architecture, it presented a PHM system framework structure and physical implementation scheme, and analyzed the key items of PHM technology implementation, such as detection object selection, equipment monitoring status assessment, equipment failure prevention side and existing monitoring system hardware upgrade. The PHM technology was initially applied on LKJ-15C train operation control system.
