description Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine on HER-2 over-expressing breast cancer in postoperative rehabilitation period. Methods: "RuningⅡ", massage along meridians and intermittent pneumatic compression were used in the treatment of postoperative patients with HER-2 over-expressing breast cancer. The clinical symptoms, hyperplasia of mammary gland, upper extremity lymphedema, disease-free survival were observed. Results: The results showed that 41 types of common symptoms were improved. Hyperplasia of mammary gland was 14.47%disappeared, 55.70%almost disappeared, 8.77%disappeared partly, 21.05%invalid. There was a significant difference in the arm circumference 10 cm above and 10 cm below the wrist and cubital cease of the affected swollen limb before and after treatment (P<0.05). No difference was found between the two groups on disease-free surial (P>0.05). Conclusion: Combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of postoperative HER-2 breast cancer patients has good curative effect in improving the clinical symptoms, hyperplasia of mammary gland, upper extremity lymphedema.
