| Summary: | Turntoturn insulation breakdown is the final expression form of turntoturn insulation fault for the drytype aircore reactor, the partial discharge under over voltage is one of the main factors causing the turntoturn insulation damage. In order to study the rule of the partial discharge along with the development of the voltage for the drytype aircore reactor turntoturn insulation, the test platform was constructed in the partial discharge shielding room. This paper references the manufacture process of 35kV drytype aircore reactor turntoturn insulation, and make the turntoturn insulation partial discharge test model, then get the partial discharge signal with the digital partial discharge detector in the way of stepvoltage. From the results, the variation characteristics of the maximum discharge, average discharge, discharge repetition frequency, and the twodimensional phase resolved partial discharge pattern of Hqmax(φ), Hqn(φ), Hn(φ), discharge amplitude grayscale, discharge energy grayscale can be obtained under different stepvoltage tests of stepup duration. |
