| Summary: | Background and Aim: The family environment is a small community and a place where a person begins his physical and mental development. The state of the family environment is directly related to the occurrence of dangerous situations and crimes in children. Ignoring this issue will increase the crime rate in children. Findings: Domestic violence against women has a very negative effect on the psyche of children. Various factors affect violence against women and cause women to lose their safe environment and peace of mind and cannot be as a mother. Give the necessary love and affection to the child. As a result, the child is deprived of maternal emotions and interferes with the development of the personality of such children. Reviewing the country's laws is one of the ways to eliminate domestic violence against women. Because violence against women is not a personal phenomenon but a social problem that causes the collapse of humanity and the destruction of families and the delinquency of children. Results: From a criminological point of view, the lack of necessary criminal protection for women victims has led to an increase in domestic violence against women. |
