The concepts of Mission Command and Versatile Leadership are very similar in many ways, regardless the fact that they develop in ‘parallel’ realities – military and civilian. Both concepts require the use of a culture dependent methods of introducing into the military or civilian organisations. The cultural dimension of mind programming creates the set of specific conditions for introducing the MC and VL – some of those aspects can be positive and some negative toward those two concepts. But without researching and without awareness of those conditions there will be a lot of chaos and misinterpretations in the organisations where MC and VL concepts appear.
