食欲素 B 增强视皮层第 2/3 层传入到第 6b 层锥体神经细胞的突触传递
【目的】研究小鼠视皮层第6b层中对食欲素(OrexinB)敏感的神经元的细胞类型以及食欲素调控其敏感神经元中来自第2/3层传入的突触传递和机制。【方法】用生物细胞素(biocytin)标记小鼠视皮层第6b层中被OrexinB受体激动剂直接兴奋的神经细胞,双光子显微镜下观察这些神经元的细胞形态;外膝体注射逆行标记荧光染料(CTB555)标记小鼠视皮层第6b层中反馈投射到外膝体的神经元,电刺激视皮层第2/3层传递到第6b中由CTB555标记的、反馈投射到外膝体的神经元的传入神经通路,并记录兴奋性突触后电流(EPSC)。【结果】在视皮层第6b层中58.1%的锥体细胞和52.9%的多极细胞是Orexi...
