Summary:Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) using the valve-in-valve (ViV) approach presents a substantial risk of coronary artery obstruction, which adversely impacts patient outcomes. In this report, we describe the utilization of the simultaneous kissing balloon inflation technique during ViV TAVR, which resulted in significant improvement in the patient’s condition.
