不同时相慢加急性乙肝肝衰竭患者外周血NK细胞及其受体分析
【目的】探讨不同时相慢加急性乙肝肝衰竭患者外周血NK细胞及相关受体的表达特点。【方法】采 用流式细胞术检测各研究组，包括肝衰竭进展期组13例、平台期组33例、健康对照组13例的外周血NK细胞比例、 活化性受体NKG2D、NKp30、NKp46、抑制性受体NKG2A、KIR2DL1、KIR2DL3、KIR3DL1、杀伤功能相关因子Perforin、 GranzymeB、FasL 的表达情况。【结果】进展期患者 NK 细胞比例较平台期患者、正常人外周血 NK 细胞比例低 （P=0.021），正常人 KIR3DL1 比例较进展期患者、平台期患者外周血 KIR3DL1 比例高（P=0.036）...
