In the study, focusing on CW in Poland, it was observed that women in the circles not only need to express the harm they experienced, but also to participate in reparation practices. Women in the CW aim at r ebuilding the sense of justice, agency, subjectivity for which they did not find any support in other social or traditional practices, or in the legal system. The thesis maintained in this article is that the CW alternative methods of harm reparation based on self-care and recognition by a community of women restore both individual and collective justice. |
