Summary:A type of stepless speed regulation device is designed based on the differential gear train and hydro-viscous speed regulation theory, and the main parameters of the planetary gear set are determined, then transmission structure is designed in SolidWorks software. In order to verify the performance of system speed regulation, a co-simulation is carried out with AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink, the physical model of speed regulation system is built in the AMESim software, the controller is designed in MATLAB/Simulink. Furthermore, in order to improve control performance, the way of combining fuzzy controller and PID controller is proposed. The results of the study show that, the system speed regulation under the fuzzy PID control is more stable, the adjustment time and static error decrease by 25% and 67% respectively compared with traditional PID.
