Q开关Nd :YAG 1064 nm 和532 nm 波长激光照射对豚鼠血液流变性的影响
【目的】研究Q 开关Nd:YAG 1 064 nm 和532 nm 波长激光照射对豚鼠血液流变性的影响, 了解所产生的生物 学效应。【方法】波长为1 064 nm 和532 nm 各自3 种不同剂量的激光体外照射豚鼠。测定豚鼠血液黏度等6 项血液流变学 指标。【结果】波长1 064 nm 的两种大剂量和波长532 nm 的最大剂量Q 开关Nd :YAG 激光体外照射豚鼠使高、中、低切变率 下的全血黏度和血浆黏度升高, 红细胞变形指数下降和聚集指数升高, 其余3 种剂量的激光体外照射对血液流变性无显著改 变。【结论】1 064 nm 波长的Q 开关Nd :YAG 激光照射在一定剂量下可以...
