Vikas Vaibhav

Vikas Vaibhav (born 21 November 1979) is an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 2003 batch from the Bihar cadre. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, he has served in roles involving crime control, counter-insurgency operations, and counter-terrorism investigations with the National Investigation Agency (NIA). He is the founder and patron of Let's Inspire Bihar, a non-governmental organisation based in Bihar. Provided by Wikipedia
