Fang Hongwei

Fang Hongwei (Simplified Chinese: 方红卫; Traditional Chinese: 方紅衛; born June 1966) was a Chinese politician and entrepreneur from Fuping, Shaanxi. He graduated from the Department of Automotive Engineering at Tsinghua University. He previously served as Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Group, Deputy Secretary, Mayor, and Party Secretary of Hanzhong, Secretary-General of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, and Party Secretary Xi’an.
