André van Schaik

André van Schaik is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manchester where he holds the Furber Chair in Computer Systems Engineering. He previously served as a Professor at Western Sydney University, and director of its International Centre for Neuromorphic Systems in Penrith, Sydney. He was named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014 "for contributions to neuromorphic circuits and systems". Provided by Wikipedia
